Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Pack with Care

  Place your jewelry back in its original Bejeweled At Soul signature packaging to ensure it remains protected during transit.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our artisans inspect your returned item, we will process your refund or ship your new selection within 5-7 business days.
